Spa Policy

We request that you arrive about 20 minutes prior to your appointment so that we may properly receive you.
Late arrivals cannot receive an extension of time
For your convenience, a 20% gratuity is added to your total for spa services (and lunch orders).
A minimum of 8 hours advance notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a 50% service charge for booked services.
Cancellations with less than 8 hours notice and not showing for an appointment will be charged a full price and gratuity.
